This year, approximately 13000 journals have achieved impact factor, with 60% of the journals increasing their IF.

Ca-A Cancer Journal for Clinicians still has the highest impact factor, but it has dropped from 508.702 to 286.130 this year. Cell Research has the highest impact factor of domestic journals, with the most recent IF of 46.297, returning to the top of the list. Nature and Science have values of 69.504 and 63.714, respectively. Lancet had the greatest increase in IF (in absolute value), rising from 79.323 to 202.731.
