Overview
The position is available at the Department of Internal Medicine in close collaboration with the Department of Ecology and Physiology at the Radboud Institute Biological and Environmental Sciences (RIBES). The laboratory of Experimental Internal Medicine is world renowned for its translational research on inflammation/innate immunity, Paragangliomas and harbors approximately 50 PhD candidates, 10 postdocs and 10 technicians.
You will join the group of Dr. Margo Dona, investigating new treatment possibilities for a rare type of neuroendocrine cancer called pheochromocytomas and paragangliomas. This fundamental research will be performed in close collaboration with clinical expertise within the Radboudumc Centre of Expertise for Adrenal Disorders, headed by Prof. Dr. Henri Timmers.
